    1. Undermount Double Bowl SinkWe only source high quality 304 stainless steel in sink construction. The thickness of the steel is greater than 1.2mm or 18gauge, meeting related European and US standards. Each sink is specially designed to suit European and American tastes.
    1. Topmount Double Bowl SinkUpon your request, we can add several other features to our topmount double bowl sink, such as the drainer basket, cutting board, and the knife holder. Buying this sink to complement your new kitchen means you are saving space and enhancing beauty.
    1. Flat Rim Double Bowl SinkIt is easy to create a seamless joint between the sink and countertop surface when you have a flat rim double-bowl sink at hand. Flat rim means users can wipe water drops and grease stains from the counter surface directly into the sink without being obstructed.

Double Bowl Sink

Our double bowl sink is available in many installation types, under-mount and top-mount being two most popular choices. Upon your request, we can add a draining board to your desired sink design.

A good sink requires quality materials combined with superior construction techniques. Our company uses three manufacturing processes to produce our sinks, which are listed below.

Roller Seam Welding
This process involves welding two or more pieces together to create a sink. Initially, quality steel is drawn over a die to produce the sink frame, drainer, or the bowl. Then, the advanced German roller seam welding technique is used to join these parts together.

One major advantage of this welding process is that it allows for diversified, intricate designs of sink frame, such as the drawn frame and embossed frame. The resulting sink often features square bowls with clearly-cut, tightly-radiused corners. It also offers greater value because it requires fewer additional manufacturing processes.

Butt Welding
Drawing two sheets of stainless steel separately over a die to produce two single bowls. Then cut the sides and edges of these two bowls and butt-weld them together. Finally, the sink frame is joined to the welded part to form a one-piece sink design. In order to remove the weld seams, the sink requires advanced butt welding and polishing techniques. Generally speaking, the sink produced by this process shows no trace of welds between the two bowls.

One-Piece Stretch Forming
This simple process involves stretching a sheet of steel over a combination of dies to produce the double-bowl design. Easy as the process may seem, it requires high-precision dies. Advantages of stretch forming process include saving money, reducing the use of raw material, and complex sink design. The resulting double bowl sink has no welds, so it would look more sleek and attractive. One-piece forming process solves the problem of sink leakage that arises from the corrosion of multiple chemicals, such as the grease fighter and stainless steel cleaner.

Double Bowl Sink with Draining Board
Worth noting here, the double bowl sink with draining board is made by using roller welding techniques. The draining board is available in many design patterns to satisfy customers’ needs for visual appeal. This board can simply hold material or be used as a cutting board where users can place fruit, vegetables, and other soft food for cutting.

Care-free stainless steel combined with ergonomic design makes our double bowl sink a popular choice in home life.

Whether you have two or three kitchens, our two-bowl kitchen sink can meet your needs for cleaning and washing. Its space-saving characteristics have made the sink the preferred choice by customers from Europe, South America, and Africa.
